Job Description

As a B2B Sales Executive, your role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the UI/UX or tech services space. You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, initiating contact, and generating qualified leads. Additionally, you will conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposals tailored to each client's needs. Building, maintaining, and managing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups, and tracking progress are key aspects of your role. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets is essential. Collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams to develop compelling pitches, case studies, and sales collateral is also part of your responsibilities. Utilizing CRM tools and data reporting to monitor leads, proposals, conversions, and forecast sales is crucial. Staying updated on UX/UI, product design, tech trends, and competition to sharpen positioning is necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UI/UX or tech services space - Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs - Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline - Meet and exceed sales targets - Collaborate with marketing/design/product teams - Use CRM tools and data reporting - Stay updated on UX/UI, product design, and tech trends Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales/client acquisition, ideally in UI/UX or related technology services - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills - Self-motivated with goal orientation and ability to work independently - Good business acumen and ability to understand client pain points - Comfortable working with CRMs and maintaining accurate records - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or additional qualifications are a plus In this fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, you can expect a competitive salary with performance incentives/commission structure.
