As a B2B Sales Executive at Kala's Flora Peach team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new business clients, nurturing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth in Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Kolkata offices. - Identify and approach potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold calling. - Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations. - Negotiate contracts and close deals. - Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools. - Provide regular updates on sales activities and forecasts. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
