B2B Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating and closing new opportunities. Your consultative selling approach will help you identify and qualify leads, ultimately leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. **Responsibilities:** - Meet and exceed sales targets - Successfully create business from new and existing client accounts - Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients for long-term business retention - Handle recurring service requirements and ensure timely completion of all scheduled services - Make regular follow-up calls to confirm service satisfaction and address any issues promptly - Document all client interactions and follow-ups accurately - Achieve monthly sales and service renewal targets - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services - Track and monitor compliance with service agreements and escalate deviations when required - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within the existing client base - Prepare periodic reports on client status, renewals, and target achievement - Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and compliance standards **Key Skills and Competencies:** - Strong communication and client relationship management skills - Target-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable results - Good telephone etiquette and follow-up discipline - Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively - Basic understanding of sales compliance and service operations - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools **Qualifications and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or inside sales (preferably in a recurring service-based industry).
