Role Overview: As a B2B Sales Executive (School Tie-up Manager) at our EdTech company, your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain partnerships with schools and educational institutions. This role involves field sales, requiring you to visit schools regularly, pitch solutions, and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard schools for educational product partnerships. - Conduct regular visits to schools for meetings, demos, and relationship management. - Promote and sell EdTech solutions to decision-makers. - Achieve sales targets and ensure high partner engagement. - Participate in school events, seminars, and education fairs. - Offer post-sales support and organize training sessions for partners. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales or school partnership roles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel frequently for school visits. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
