We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive who can take full ownership of our wholesale and dropshipping growth. This role demands someone who understands sales funnels, knows how to handle clients confidently, and can manage marketplace operations with accuracy. You will be directly responsible for expanding our B2B network, onboarding dropshipping partners, and keeping our online marketplace presence organised and updated.
This is not a passive role — you will be expected to communicate with clients, close deals, maintain long-term relationships, manage listings, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. If you understand online business and have the ability to execute consistently, this role is for you.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
📌 B2B Sales & Client Management
Identify, approach, and convert new B2B clients
Build and maintain strong business relationships
Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close orders
Maintain a proper follow-up routine to ensure conversions
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
📌 Dropshipping Growth & Partner Management
Onboard new dropshipping partners on a consistent basis
Explain product catalogue, pricing, and margins clearly
Assist partners with catalog setup and order handling
Maintain long-term partnerships and ensure smooth operations
📌 Marketplace Operations (B2B + B2C)
Upload and update product listings across marketplaces
Maintain correct pricing, stock status, and SKU mapping
Ensure high-quality catalogue accuracy and clean organisation
Track product performance and identify items needing optimisation
📌 Social Media & Basic Branding
Post and maintain basic updates on Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Handle customer inquiries coming through social platforms
Coordinate with content/photography teams for required images
📌 Internal Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with operations and dispatch teams
Maintain daily tracking of leads, conversions, and listing updates
Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and marketplace status
🎯 Requirements:
Experience is mandatory in B2B sales or ecommerce sales operations
Must be from Surat — strictly full-time on-site role
Strong communication & negotiation skills in both English and Hindi
Good understanding of online marketplaces (B2B & B2C)
Ability to manage multiple tasks without supervision
Must be comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and online platforms
Practical, fast-learner, and result-oriented attitude
Jewellery/fashion experience is an added advantage
