Job Description

Role Overview:

Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with B2B clients, and manage leads from online B2B portals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries from B2B portals, email, and calls
  • Prepare and share quotations
  • Follow up to convert enquiries into orders
  • Manage B2B portal listings and leads
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and dispatch

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Commerce, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or chemical trading (preferred)
  • Experience handling B2B portals and online leads
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prepare accurate quotations and close deals
  • Basic knowledge of chemicals and industrial products is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel, email, etc
