Role Overview: Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with B2B clients, and manage leads from online B2B portals. Key Responsibilities: Respond to enquiries from B2B portals, email, and calls Prepare and share quotations Follow up to convert enquiries into orders Manage B2B portal listings and leads Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and dispatch Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Commerce, or related field (preferred) 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or chemical trading (preferred) Experience handling B2B portals and online leads Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to prepare accurate quotations and close deals Basic knowledge of chemicals and industrial products is an advantage Proficient in MS Excel, email, etc
