Job Description

B2B Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential retail buyers and brands
Pitch R.P. FASHION’s in-house manufacturing capabilities
Negotiate MOQ, pricing, timelines, and terms
Coordinate with internal production team for sampling and execution
Build long-term relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

2+ years experience in apparel B2B sales or garment export business
Existing network of retail buyers, fashion labels, or exporters
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Based in Jaipur or comfortable with remote outreach

Perks:

Base salary + commission (or pure commission model)
