We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected B2B Sales Executive to help us scale our manufacturing operations. The role involves reaching out to retail buyers, e-commerce brands, wholesalers , and distributors who require bulk garment production (MOQ: 5000 pcs/design). Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential retail buyers and brands Pitch R.P. FASHION’s in-house manufacturing capabilities Negotiate MOQ, pricing, timelines, and terms Coordinate with internal production team for sampling and execution Build long-term relationships for repeat business Requirements: 2+ years experience in apparel B2B sales or garment export business Existing network of retail buyers, fashion labels, or exporters Strong communication and negotiation skills Based in Jaipur or comfortable with remote outreach Perks: Base salary + commission (or pure commission model) Flexible work hours Opportunity to be part of a growing apparel manufacturing unit
