Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to lead and grow our B2B service and digital sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of service-based selling, digital platforms, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Service Sales:

  • Identify and target potential business clients for service offerings.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations based on client needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure service quality.

Digital Sales:

  • Sell digital solutions such as SaaS products, digital marketing services, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Generate leads through online channels, campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct product demos and webinars.
  • Track and report digital sales metrics using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in B2B or digital sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of digital platforms, SEO/SEM, and online marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or sales (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Sales).
  • Experience in industries like IT services, consulting, SaaS, or digital media.
