Role Overview: As a strategic and results-driven B2B SaaS Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead our growing sales team at an AI-powered platform that is revolutionizing the FMCG industry. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the platform and overseeing a team of Account Executives to exceed revenue goals. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and strategic client interactions, along with a competitive salary, performance incentives, and travel reimbursement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead & Develop the Team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring Account Executives to foster a high-performing sales culture. - Drive Sales Strategy: Your role will involve planning and executing strategies to expand our presence in the FMCG sector. - Manage Performance: Setting targets, tracking KPIs, and providing continuous coaching to ensure the team's success will be a key aspect of your role. - Oversee Pipeline: You will manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM. - Engage Strategically: Supporting high-value deals, assisting with complex negotiations, and building important industry relationships will be part of your responsibilities. - Collaborate Across Teams: Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market plans is essential for success in this role. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in sales management or team leadership. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams that consistently achieve targets. - Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to design effective sales processes. - Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. - Excellent coaching, mentoring, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with comfort in working with executive-level clients.
