Join our dynamic EdTech company as a B2B Marketing & Sales Executive and take the lead in promoting our cutting-edge VLSI courses to institutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for institutional sales, ATL (Above the Line), and BTL (Below the Line) activities while achieving and surpassing target-oriented sales goals. Responsibilities: Institutional Sales: Identity, approach, and engage with educational institutions, universities, and colleges to pitch and promote our VLSI courses. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships. Above the Line (ATL) Activities : Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute ATL activities, including digital campaigns, webinars, seminars, and events, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Below the Line (BTL) Activities: Develop and implement BTL activities, such as workshops, demos, and personalized presentations, to attract potential institutional clients and convert leads into successful sales. Target-Oriented Sales: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them within specified timelines. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and devise effective strategies to drive continuous growth. Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine the sales approach and stay ahead in the highly competitive VLSI education market. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management review. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales efforts. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience of 1-2 years in B2B sales, preferably within the education or technology sectors. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate the value proposition effectively. • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite Show more Show less
