B2B Marketing Operations Manager Whistle

Role: B2B Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Saket, Delhi NCR

Reports To: Brand Head, Whistle

About Whistle:

Key responsibilities in this role:

1. Amplify Consumer Outreach: Identify, prioritize, onboard & engage dentists and key institutions across India through consistent messaging, impactful communication, and engaging outreach programs.

2. Execute 360 B2B Marketing & Sales Campaigns Lead the rollout of ATL and BTL initiatives — from trade marketing, webinars, and conferences to digital and CRM-led campaigns — ensuring seamless on-ground execution.

3. Drive Dentist Outreach & Engagement Programs Manage clinic onboarding campaigns, loyalty and referral programs, educational workshops, and promotional initiatives to build long-term advocacy among dental professionals.

4. Track & Optimize Campaign Performance Monitor key B2B marketing metrics — lead generation, engagement rates, event ROI, and program adoption — and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. 5. Coordinate Marketing Collaterals & Tools Coordinate creation & distribution of product brochures, doctor decks, clinic branding kits, digital assets, and training materials that enable sales and strengthen clinic partnerships.

6. Manage all B2B Communication Channels Oversee CRM, email, and WhatsApp campaigns for doctor engagement, ensuring timely, relevant, and high-quality communication.

7. Plan & Execute Events and on-ground Activations Manage conferences, workshops, and on-ground B2B activations to enhance visibility, credibility, and trust among partner dentists and clinics.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Who We Are Looking For:

Have 4-8 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B, Healthcare, FMCG, or Dental/Medical devices.

Are hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple moving parts.

Have experience with customer engagement tools, proficient in excel and in campaign performance tracking.

Are naturally collaborative — comfortable working with sales, operations, and design teams.

High ownership mindset — proactive, solutions-focused, and hungry to learn.
