As a Management Associate at our organization, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills in various functional areas of Business Management including Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations. This training will be conducted over a period of 6-9-12 months following our Global Training Module (GTM). Your journey as a Management Associate will involve the following steps: STEP 1: Client Servicing & Client Acquisition / Sales and Marketing / Business Development STEP 2: HR Trainer (Team Building) STEP 3: Team Leader (Team Management and Leadership) STEP 4: Assistant Manager STEP 5: Strategic Business Unit Owner / Business Expansion It is essential to complete all the levels mentioned above to progress in this program.
