Job Title: B2B Marketing Executive / Manager – Overseas Education (Agent Relations)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to manage B2B marketing and agent relationships in the overseas education sector. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and training agents/consultancies, building long-term partnerships, and promoting our services through regular communication, seminars, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with overseas education agents, sub-agents, and consultancies.
• Onboard new agents and provide training on our services, processes, and value propositions.
• Develop and manage an agent partner network to generate quality student referrals.
• Organize agent training programs, seminars, and webinars to promote our services and strengthen partnerships.
• Communicate regularly with agents to share updates, new opportunities, and marketing support.
• Negotiate and formalize agreements, commission structures, and partnership terms with agents.
• Support agents with marketing materials, FAQs, and counseling support for student queries.
• Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Track agent performance, provide reports to management, and ensure achievement of lead generation and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel/partner management, or business development (education industry preferred).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct training sessions, seminars, and webinars confidently.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet agents/partners regularly.
• Knowledge of overseas education processes (applications, admissions, visas) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
