Role Overview: As a member of Hangzhou Bestsuppliers Foreign Trade Group Co., Ltd., you will be part of a leading international trade company with 28 years of experience in global commerce. The company has expanded to over 40 offices across China and aims to reach 70 offices by the end of the year. Your mission will be to bridge high-quality Chinese suppliers with global importers through the innovative platform BestSupplier.com. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to analyze local market trends and customer needs. Identify potential importers and establish trade partnerships. - Manage customer and supplier relationships by introducing supplier products to buyers, handling collections, providing after-sales support, and ensuring client retention. - Drive sales and business development through offline market visits to B2B clients, cold calling, negotiations, and deal closures. - Coordinate with the China HQ team to align sales strategies and meet customer requirements. - Assist in setting up local operations such as offices, showrooms, and warehouses if necessary. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of offline sales experience with face-to-face negotiations and market visits. Ideally, have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, especially in tires, hardware, building materials, wallpaper, or small household appliances. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in any major and possess fluency in English (written & spoken). - Demonstrate strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Excel and CRM software for data tracking is essential. - Be self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
