B2B - Marketing - AM / DM

Job Responsibilities -

2 -3 years of work experience in Industrial Products / B2B company in marketing

• Experience preferable in Building products (preferably in architectural applications) with digital marketing knowledge
• He/she should also have Knowledge about the recent developments, trends in the market, as regards to Construction industry
• He/she should have been conceptualized and executed marketing initiatives
• He/she should have experience of technical assistance to internal/external stake holders
• He/she should have been played crucial role in digital marketing, branding and marketing activities like technical write-up, content marketing, exhibitions, brand management, lead management etc.
• Experience in handling strategic transformations / organization critical projects will be added advantage
• Strong with Excel and PowerPoint .

Marketing responsibilities:

• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation

• Work on segment-specific campaigns targeting key industries

• Develop marketing collaterals, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations

• Drive Digital Marketing Activities for Project Business - Ideation and Strategic Content, Deployment and plan, Execution of digital campaigns, Competition Tracking and Benchmarking and Website Content update

• Lead Management of Project Business - Drive Digital enquiries through various online mediums effectively (Website, Indiamart, Email, Virtual Forums and Digital Campaigns) and responsible for Sales conversion

• Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars for brand positioning.

• Content Marketing activities ensuring up to date content in website, case studies, direct mailers, Blogs etc.

• Capture customer VOC and report market insights

• Technical assistance to sales team across the regions along with technical Presentation to large customer gatherings

• Capturing market intelligence, competitors movements, market size, potential and share

• Ensure surveys periodically to measure customer satisfaction for further improvement

• Work closely with sales, product, and external agencies to align marketing efforts

• Develop co-marketing initiatives with industry associations and partners
