Job Summary :

- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Lead Generating Specialist to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective lead generation strategies.

- As a lead generations you'll be concerned with improving and growing the business, by fostering and developing relationships with clients i.e. schools and school authorities. You may work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or to enhance the business operations.

Role & responsibilities

-

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, online research and specially LinkedIn sales navigator.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain and update lead databases/CRM with accurate and timely information.
  • Nurture potential clients through regular follow-ups and engagement activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support conversions.
  • Research target markets, industries, and companies to identify business opportunities.
  • Create and share reports on lead generation performance, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
  • Achieve set KPIs, including call volumes, lead qualification targets, and appointment setting.

Preferred candidate profile

Google search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator specially.

- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.

- Should have prior experience of work in Education Sector (preferred).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally

- Good IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets, Microsoft suites.

- Good networking skills.
