Role overview & Key responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients, introduce company products/services, and generate interest.
  • Cold Emailing & Follow-ups Craft engaging email pitches, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
  • Client Engagement Build strong rapport with decision-makers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Market Research Identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and gather valuable business insights.

What we're looking for:

  • Any Graduate/ Under graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive successful conversions
  • Comfortable with cold calling, CRM tools, and follow-up coordination
  • Confidence in handling objections and rejections with a solution-driven approach
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and the B2B sales cycle
  • Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional email communication
