Role Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and strategically sharp B2B Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, funnel nurturing, and sales-qualified opportunities. This role demands deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, strong performance marketing experience, and the ability to create campaigns that generate high-quality, conversion-ready leads. Certifications are not required—we value expertise and real-world results. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage B2B-focused Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube). Execute in-depth keyword research tailored to decision-maker intent and industry-specific search behavior. Develop ad copy and landing page strategy aligned with the B2B buyer journey. Implement and optimize lead generation funnels through campaign targeting, remarketing, and audience segmentation. Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPL, conversion rate, lead quality) and make continuous improvements. Collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads translate to pipeline value. Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Requirements: 1+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, long sales cycles, and high-ticket decision processes. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills and a results-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS, enterprise services, or industrial B2B sectors. Knowledge of keyword strategies for different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, decision). Familiarity with audience-based targeting and customer intent signals. Experience managing multi-touch attribution models and offline conversion imports.
