Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced B2B Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate gifting and bulk orders, with a strong background in these areas.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for corporate gifting and bulk orders.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to increase business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and products in the corporate gifting industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and deliveries.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize business strategies and improve sales performance.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in corporate gifting and bulk orders, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the corporate gifting industry, including market trends and product offerings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
