What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive inbound employer demand generation through marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement social media strategies, creating engaging content to support our B2B outreach teams.
• Collaborate with our performance marketer to manage LinkedIn Lead Gen Ads and retargeting campaigns.
• Work with our tech team to build and maintain an Employer Hub on our website, enhancing user experience and re-engagement through retargeting.
• Run paid digital campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
• Bring your own ideas to the table, execute creative campaigns that help us attract and onboard new employers globally.
• Support the wider team in enhancing our digital presence and scaling our employer network.

Who You Are

• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• You’re a creative thinker and problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
• You’re comfortable working independently but love collaborating across teams.
• You have a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends.
• You’re excited about early-career development, global opportunities, and helping companies find top talent.
