Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Cluster Sales Manager (Steel) located in Mumbai and Pune. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts and report on sales performance to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the steel industry and knowledge of steel market dynamics
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking, ability to develop and execute sales plans
  • Client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in sales performance analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B sales and cluster management is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools
