Job Description

Imaging process with latest updates and upgraded applications; testing and deploying to production. Troubleshooting any issues within the image.
Nerdio upgrades on a monthly basis.
Managing autoscale configurations through Azure and Nerdio.
Understanding client requirements and performing cost-saving calculations using autoscale configurations and Azure scaling plan configurations.
Creating host pools in Azure.
Experience in WVD sizing, implementation, deployment, and onboarding users.
Managing FSLogix profile management.
Knowledge of AVD infrastructure & Windows concepts.
Administration of Active Directory, including creation and deletion.
Monthly maintenance of environment, ensuring a vulnerability-free environment.
Managing technical patch management meetings and adhering to compliance requirements with N, N-1 setups. Identifying major risks and addressing vulnerabilities.
Troubleshooting RDP/VM and performance issues on Azure.
Troubleshooting user and server-related issues.
Strong hands-on experience in Azure, AVD, Nerdio Manager, and ControlUp.
Knowledge of FSLogix, Azure AD, Intune, and Group Policy.
Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and diagnostics.
Understanding of networking (VPN, firewall rules, DNS in Azure) and identity (AAD, RBAC).
Manage GPOs for user and computer configurations relevant to AVD environments.
Regularly review and audit GPOs.
