Azure DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to automate, streamline, and secure our software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Deploy and monitor applications across multiple environments in Microsoft Azure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Manage source control (Git repositories, branching, and merging strategies).
• Ensure system security, scalability, and performance through continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and App Services.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
• Configure and manage Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and environment inconsistencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts).
• Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure (VMs, Networking, AKS, App Services).
• Strong scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation, Git, and version control workflows.
• Understanding of security and compliance practices in cloud environments.
• Good knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
