Job Overview The Teleconsultant will be responsible for providing high-quality virtual consultations to patients through phone or video platforms. The role involves diagnosing, counseling, and advising patients based on their health conditions and ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction while achieving assigned consultation targets. Key Responsibilities Conduct a minimum of 60 patient consultations per day through call or video, as per the company’s teleconsultation protocol. Assess patient conditions, review medical history, and provide appropriate advice, prescriptions, or follow-up care. Maintain accurate and timely records of consultations on the internal CRM/portal. Educate patients on treatment adherence, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare. Collaborate with internal medical, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth patient experience. Adhere to all clinical and ethical standards as defined by the organization and regulatory bodies. Participate in regular quality audits, feedback sessions, and performance reviews. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Minimum 60 completed consultations per day (voice/video). Patient satisfaction and feedback scores. Compliance with quality and documentation standards. Adherence to shift timings and attendance policies. Qualifications & Skills Education: BAMS. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in teleconsultation or clinical practice preferred. Licensing: Valid registration with the respective medical council/authority. Excellent communication and patient-handling skills. Proficient in using digital platforms, CRM systems, and telemedicine tools. Strong commitment to patient care and ethical medical practice. Work Schedule: 6 days working per week.
