Role Overview: As a part of the Health Total team, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe and motivating environment under the tutelage of renowned Nutritionist, Columnist, Author, and Founder Director, Anjali Mukerjee. You will continually learn new treatment regimens and technologies in the health and wellness industry. Your role will involve examining and diagnosing patients" medical conditions, managing health problems, and working cohesively with the team to achieve monthly targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for patient consultations, health monitoring, advising on lifestyle changes, documenting treatments, and participating in ongoing trainings to upgrade your knowledge and skills. Key Responsibilities: - Examine and talk to patients to diagnose their medical condition - Manage medical/health problems presented by patients - Work with the team to achieve monthly center targets - Conduct patient consultations, check BP, pulse, and do Prakriti analysis - Provide suitable plans for patients based on their condition - Advise patients on taking appropriate herbs and lifestyle changes - Monitor patient health progress and make modifications to plans accordingly - Document and keep records of treatment - Counsel and educate clients on improving health - Consult senior technical team members for clarifications and plan changes - Participate in ongoing trainings to upgrade knowledge and skills Qualifications Required: - BAMS and/or higher from a reputed institute/university - Minimum experience required: Fresh graduates - Keen diagnostic ability and managing medical complexities - In-depth knowledge of herbs and ayurvedic remedies - Strong clinical experience and resolving customer queries - Strong communication, convincing, and counselling skills - Decision-making and competently handling patient queries - Willingness to work in a team and open to occasional changes in location within Mumbai - Willingness to continually learn and grow (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
