Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AWS/MERN/CRM Executive located in Noida. The AWS/MERN/CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, developing and maintaining MERN stack applications, and overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Daily tasks include performing system monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with development teams to implement new features, and ensuring the stability and security of all managed systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
• Experience in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skills in Sales and client engagement
• Proficiency with AWS, MERN stack, and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
