Job Title: Team Leader – Sales Location: Noida Sector 62 Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Shift: Night Shift (US Market) Industry: BPO / Automotive Sales (Used Engines & Transmissions) Cab Facility: Available Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader with 3–5 years of BPO experience to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the US market, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership in automotive product sales, especially used engines and transmissions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales executives targeting the US market. Monitor team performance to ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and performance. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues. Analyze sales trends and provide strategic input to drive growth. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business goals. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a BPO environment, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader role. Strong experience in sales for the US market. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record in automotive sales, especially in used engines and transmissions. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Comfortable working night shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Prior experience working in a voice process for the US automotive market.
