Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Support Engineer

hybrid role based in Pune

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operational support and enhancement
of the RPA platform hosted on AWS.
Manage and optimize
AWS resources
including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Security Groups, and AWS Security Services.
Ensure
platform reliability, scalability, and security
in line with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with RPA development teams to support
bot deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
.
Implement
automation and monitoring
using AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, and Systems Manager (SSM).
Drive
incident resolution
, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and patch
Windows Server environments
hosting RPA bots.
Ensure compliance with
security and governance
policies across AWS-hosted infrastructure.
Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to junior engineers and support staff.
Design and implement
AWS SSM Documents
to automate operational tasks and streamline management.

Required Skills & Experience

4 to 6 years
of overall experience in IT Infrastructure or Cloud Support roles.
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS services
EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch, Systems Manager (SSM).
Experience in
infrastructure support, incident management, and troubleshooting
in AWS-hosted environments.
Working knowledge of
Windows Server administration
.
Understanding or basic exposure to
RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
is an advantage.
Willingness to
learn and support RPA platforms
(training will be provided).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
