AWS Engineer

As an entry-level DevSecOps Engineer / SRE, you’ll be part of our core engineering team that ensures our AI platforms are secure, reliable, and scalable. You’ll work closely with cloud engineers, developers, and security teams to design, monitor, and automate infrastructure — while learning how to manage systems at scale in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support AWS cloud environment setup, including IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, and monitoring tools

Assist in Docker orchestration, CI/CD pipeline setup, and deployment automation

Participate in system monitoring, reliability checks, and incident response

Contribute to infrastructure security practices, including vulnerability scans and patching

(Preferred) Support penetration testing and application-level security reviews

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)

Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration

Experience or internship with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins

Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)

Understanding of SRE principles and system reliability practices

Technical Skills (Preferred)

Basic knowledge of application security, OWASP Top 10

Exposure to vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Nessus)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

Scripting with Python or Bash

Behavioral Competencies

Ownership Mindset – You take end-to-end responsibility for systems you help build and secure

Problem Solving – You break down complex infrastructure and security issues with clarity and persistence

Critical Thinking – You evaluate technical decisions with a security-conscious, systems-level perspective

Curiosity Mindset – You’re eager to learn, explore, and understand how things work — and how they can be improved

Collaboration in Complexity – You work well across teams, even when projects span infrastructure, security, and AI engineers

Background

Any bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields)

1–3 years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud, DevOps, or Security roles

AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, DevOps Associate, or Security) are a plus
