Job Description


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Engineer to join our technology team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in AWS services, data engineering, and ML model operationalization. You will be responsible for designing, building, and managing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud-based data pipelines and infrastructure solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, and EMR
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to operationalize machine learning models using Amazon SageMaker
  • Implement data transformation and feature engineering workflows
  • Optimize ETL/ELT processes while ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance
  • Manage both structured and unstructured data using Athena, DynamoDB, and RDS
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for data and ML workflows using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Step Functions
  • Monitor and troubleshoot AWS data infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
  • Ensure data security and regulatory compliance across all AWS operations

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of hands-on experience with

AWS Cloud Services

Proficiency with core AWS data services:

Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, EMR

Experience operationalizing

ML models

using

SageMaker

Strong understanding of

ETL/ELT

workflows and performance tuning
Familiarity with

Athena

,

DynamoDB

, and

RDS

Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

using

CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Step Functions

Knowledge of

data governance, security

, and

compliance standards

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
