About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Data Engineer (Exp -1 to 3 Yrs) to join

our data team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining reliable data pipelines and

working with modern data tools to support analytics and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Airflow

● Transform and move data efficiently using PySpark and Redshift

● Work closely with analysts and stakeholders to deliver clean, usable datasets

● Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability

● Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across pipelines

Must-Have Skills

● Proficient in SQL for data transformation and querying

● Strong Python programming skills, especially for automation and ETL tasks

● Experience with Redshift or similar data warehouse platforms

● Hands-on experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration

● Working knowledge of PySpark for distributed data processing

● Understanding of data pipeline architecture and best practice
