The Opportunity: Foundational Cloud Leadership

AWS Cloud Architect

You will be the key person ensuring our architecture is robust, secure, and cost-effective. This role is based in Kochi, offering the unique opportunity to shape our technology from the ground up and grow into a leadership position as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage our secure, scalable, and cost-optimized AWS infrastructure.
• Conduct architectural reviews and establish a strategic roadmap for our cloud environment.
• Implement and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Establish robust DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS), and automation.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security gaps, and cost-optimization opportunities.
• Bridge multi-cloud knowledge, leveraging GCP experience for informed architectural decisions.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and development team to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Who You Are

• A proven AWS Cloud Architect with solid, hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes full ownership of challenges from problem identification to solution.
• An excellent communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are meticulous, proactive, and motivated by the challenge of building something significant in a startup environment.

Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing environments on AWS.
• Proficiency with GCP and understanding of multi-cloud strategies.
• Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Strong experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Deep knowledge of cloud networking, security, and cost-management principles.

Work Location & Schedule

• This is an

  onsite role based in Kochi, Kerala.

• The position will begin

  remotely

  with the understanding that you will transition to working from our new Kochi office upon its opening in mid-2026.
• You must be available for in-person collaboration and meetings with the CEO as required.
