AVP/VP- ISDA/Derivative-Negotiatior

To be successful as a Negotiator, Global Contract Services - you should have experience with:

• Experience within the financial industry, with a focus on derivatives master agreements
• Strong negotiation and portfolio management skills
• Familiarity with collateral arrangements and credit support annexes
• Familiarity with industry netting and collateral opinions
• Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and jurisdictional nuances, e.g. Initial Margin requirements/Variation Margin requirements under the various regulatory regimes
• Ability to support team members in managing negotiations with clients, including sharing know-how on possible approaches, drafting of variations and ability to work closely with Markets lawyers on issues associated with those variations
• Ability to assess documentation templates, current processes, systems or approvals and provide workable solutions/alternatives, whether to stakeholders or within the team
• Ability to perform execution checks on negotiations completed by other team members, highlighting gaps in approvals obtained/drafting/processes and interaction between systems
• Experience managing projects within a clearly defined framework that emphasizes strong commercial management alongside quality and timely legal deliverables
• Ability to manage risk and controls effectively for the team, by applying applicable risk frameworks and embedding a positive risk culture
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organizational skills
• Strong experience in draft, negotiate and complete all necessary derivative agreements (ISDA CSA, GMRA, GMSLA)etc.
• Open to work UK hours.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
