As an accomplished and dynamic professional, you will lead Technical Hiring at the AVP level, strategizing, managing, and executing technology hiring across business verticals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Own end-to-end technical hiring across all levels. - Build and implement strategies for proactive talent mapping. - Collaborate with senior management and business leaders for hiring requirements and workforce planning. - Engage with top executive search firms and manage vendor relationships. - Drive strong employer branding initiatives for positioning the company as an employer of choice. - Build talent pipelines through market intelligence and proactive outreach. - Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain strong metrics and reporting to track progress, efficiency, and effectiveness. - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters focusing on mid to senior-level hiring. - Manage diversity hiring initiatives and align with DEI goals. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute. - 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 8-10 years in technical hiring. - Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of executive sourcing techniques and assessment methodologies. - Experience working with global stakeholders and matrix organizations is a plus. - High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and result orientation.,
