AVP ServiceNow Delivery Lead

As an Assistant Vice President in Citizen Development Delivery (ServiceNow), your primary role will be to lead ServiceNow development teams and oversee the design and delivery of custom applications and workflows. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementations across various business units, leveraging your strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage ServiceNow developers to successfully deliver custom applications. - Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow workflows and modules as per business requirements. - Develop and enhance features for both new and existing ServiceNow applications while adhering to best practices. - Write, review, and maintain clean and scalable code to ensure efficient application performance. - Build and configure service requests, forms, and workflows based on the specific needs of the business. - Utilize scripting and automation, primarily JavaScript, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. - Perform integrations with external systems using various methods such as web services, APIs, SOAP, REST, MID Server, etc. - Work on CMDB, Discovery, and data integrations to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy. - Conduct thorough system and integration testing to monitor platform health and performance. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Ensure that development activities adhere to SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Troubleshoot issues and provide support for on-call operational needs. - Document solutions and create knowledge articles to facilitate continuous improvement. - Foster teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Required Qualifications: - Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including proficiency in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset. - Experience in custom/scoped app development using ServiceNow App Engine. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX for development purposes. - Familiarity with Glide scripting, workflows, UI actions, and business rules within the ServiceNow environment. - Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. - Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments. - Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to work independently to resolve issues effectively.,
