This role is pivotal in driving the company's revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying and targeting new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements. Required Skills Proven experience in strategic sales planning and execution. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
