AVP - Operations

As a candidate for the position, your key responsibilities will include: - Orders Management - Tracking the orders being executed, both online and offline. - Providing support in case of any order failure. - Driving automation for order processing, reconciliation, and reporting. - Driving automation for communication of order status to different stakeholders. - Transaction Data Management - Supervising acquisition, validation, and systematic management of client investment transactions from multiple product providers (AMCs, insurers, banks, etc.). - Overseeing reconciliation of transaction feeds with internal systems and resolving exceptions. - Driving automation for transaction processing, ensuring scalability and minimal manual intervention. - Brokerage Rate Structure Management - Maintaining a database of brokerage rates and incentives to be received from Product providers. - Analyzing increase/decrease in rate structures and providing inputs to the Product team. - Tracking rates being offered by competitors and generating analysis. - Brokerage Receipt & Reconciliation - Leading monthly/quarterly reconciliation of brokerage/commission receipts from all manufacturers, ensuring alignment with business generated. - Analyzing variances in brokerage received vs. expected and initiating corrective actions with product partners. - Overseeing timely disbursement of brokerage to all network partners; addressing disputes and resolving escalations. - Regulatory Compliance & Audit - Ensuring adherence to SEBI, IRDAI, RBI, and internal policies through process controls and documentation. - Maintaining audit-ready, well-organized records for all transaction and brokerage-related activities. - Process Improvement & Team Leadership - Recommending and implementing process enhancements for data and brokerage handling, leveraging technology and best practices. - Collaborating with IT/Finance/Business teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and updates. - Mentoring and developing the transaction operations team to raise standards and drive operational excellence.
