02. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AVP Marketing with 7-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the education, e-learning, or compliance sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support business growth. 03. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Rainmaker s business goals and vision. Brand Management: Strengthen Rainmaker s brand positioning through consistent messaging and impactful campaigns across various platforms. Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, videos, and social media posts, to drive brand awareness and thought leadership. Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation campaigns through digital marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve desired KPIs and ROI. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and client services, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials. 04. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 7-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Experience in the education, e-learning, or compliance sectors is a plus. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms. Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling marketing messages. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
