AVP Marketing (Ecommerce Background)

As a Marketing Leader at Sova, you will have the opportunity to shape the brand's narrative, drive growth, and lead the company's foray into precision health. Your role will involve crafting Sovas voice, narrative, and identity across all touchpoints, creating aspirational campaigns, and fostering customer engagement through community building and storytelling. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies for marketing, driving word-of-mouth growth, and collaborating with other teams to enhance customer experience. To be successful in this role, you should have 6-10 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership position. You must have a track record of building and scaling direct-to-consumer or digital-first brands, possess expertise in brand storytelling and performance marketing, and demonstrate a keen sense of aesthetics. Being passionate about health, fitness, or performance is a plus.
