AVP Finance & Accounts

As an AVP Finance & Accounts at Systematix Group, you will play a crucial role in leading accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit functions. Your responsibilities will include supervising end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring timely closures, implementing IT-based accounting systems, and overseeing ERP integration. Additionally, you will oversee GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC compliance, liaise with tax consultants and authorities, and coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits. Drafting replies to notices, maintaining compliance trackers, and monitoring changes in regulations will also be part of your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising end-to-end accounting operations & monthly financial statements - Ensuring timely month/quarter/year-end closures - Preparing MIS as per management needs - Implementing IT-based accounting systems & ERP integration - Overseeing GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC compliance - Reviewing & filing statutory returns on time - Coordinating internal, statutory & tax audits - Ensuring audit readiness & documentation for verification - Implementing internal controls to prevent irregularities - Drafting replies to notices & ensuring timely submissions - Maintaining compliance trackers & dashboards - Monitoring changes in Income Tax, Companies Act, GST, etc. - Assisting CFO in budgeting, forecasting & planning - Analyzing financial KPIs & variance reports - Mentoring finance/accounts team daily - Building & maintaining a strong team culture Qualifications required for this role include: - Chartered Accountant (CA); CS or law would be an added advantage - 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, and audit - Strong command of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income tax, PF, PT, ESIC) - Proficiency in Excel automation, ERP systems, and other compliance tools - Good drafting skills for regulatory correspondence and board-level reporting,
