AVP – Decision Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Build and validate decision models to support strategic business goals
• Drive customer analytics, segmentation, and predictive modelling to identify opportunities
• Use SQL (plus SAS/R/Python preferred) for data analysis and model development
• Lead or collaborate on cross-functional teams, guiding colleagues toward shared outcomes
• Provide actionable insights to influence senior stakeholders and shape business strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in business modelling (financial and consumer behavior)
• Hands-on expertise in SQL; proficiency in SAS, R, or Python desirable
• Practical exposure to data warehouses, MI environments, or data governance
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive execution and inspire teams
