Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President - Business Analyst for Versana Integration, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, with a focus on the ACBS loan management system. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders such as business users, product managers, and IT teams to ensure that loan systems are configured and optimized to meet the business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong knowledge of loan operations, including syndicated loans, commercial loans, credit facilities, and related documentation. - Proficiently gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Utilize your proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in ACBS or similar loan management systems. - Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations, ensuring that new functionalities and enhancements meet business requirements and quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of loan operations - Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in ACBS or similar loan management systems The purpose of this role is to manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives aimed at enhancing the bank's operational efficiency. Your accountabilities will include managing strategic operational changes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, developing and implementing change management strategies, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. If the position includes leadership responsibilities, you are expected to lead a team performing complex tasks, set objectives, and coach employees towards achieving those objectives. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the four LEAD behaviours: Listen and be authentic, Energise and inspire, Align across the enterprise, and Develop others.
