Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  . MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in

  Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

  ; experience in

  aviation/technical hiring

  is an advantage.
• Knowledge of

  ATS, HRIS, and resume databases

  .
• Excellent

  communication skills and assertiveness

  .
• Strong

  sourcing skills

  , including

  Boolean search, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media

  .
• English proficiency is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update

  internal databases

  with candidate and employee information, including resumes, contact details, and employment forms.
• Manage the

  entire recruitment lifecycle

  , including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviews.
• Attract and engage candidates via

  job advertisements, recruiters, social media, and job portals

  .
• Screen resumes and

  shortlist candidates

  based on technical and non-technical job requirements.
• Coordinate with

  interview panels and candidates

  for scheduling and follow-ups.
• Assist with

  salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and documentation

  for selected candidates.
• Maintain and channelize a

  talent pool

  for future hiring requirements.
