Job Description

As an Application Consultant in this role, you will be responsible for understanding the client's business processes, both current and future. Your main tasks will involve mapping these processes to the technologies in use, identifying the scope for standard implementation, as well as recognizing areas that may require customizations or extensions to the application. You will collaborate with application developers to design enhancements and extensions, functionally customize the application, and assist business users in implementing process changes. Your responsibilities in this role include: - Conceptualizing business or technical solutions by leveraging colleagues and partners - Demonstrating expertise in at least one methodology and possessing advanced knowledge of one or more business domains and SaaS or package software solutions - Keeping abreast of industry innovations and competitor activities - Contributing to internal and external knowledge developments - Leading process improvements and conducting as-is/to-be analysis on business processes or IT - Advising clients on the implementation of package modules - Conducting workshop facilitation, integration testing, and user acceptance testing - Actively participating in technology communities To excel in this position, you are expected to maintain certifications on SaaS or Package Based solutions and relevant methodologies.
