Job description: Responsibility - - Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Benefits application functionality. - Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps. - Configure Oracle Fusion Benefits to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. - Write Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions. - Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions. - Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure. - Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for all technical components and functional process and flows. - Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in various implementation phase. - Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions. - Deliver and conduct end-user training and workshops. - Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis. - Conduct Module Specific Training to help the Juniors in Team. Skills - Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Fusion Benefits - Understanding of integration points between Cloud Benefits with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll etc.) - Understanding of detailed Benefits configuration flow and structure. - Ability to Configure Benefit Program, Plans, Coverage, Rates, Certification etc. - Ability to Configure and Process Open enrollment setup. - Should have Good knowledge on Benefits Batch Processes and BenXML. - Should Have Good Knowledge on Benefits Data Conversion Process. - Ability to run the Benefits Interfaces/Extracts. - Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, especially Benefits is preferred. - Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills. - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task on assignments. - Ability to lead & coach team members on the Module and lead calls with onshore/client. - Exposure to presales, RFP preparation - Experience in Estimation, staffing, resource planning - Onshore/onsite experience is preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree with MBA is preferred. - Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation and participation in 4 or more Go-live Activities. - Oracle Cloud Certified candidate in Oracle Cloud Benefits is preferred
