Job Description

As an Application Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding the client's business processes, both current and future. Your role will involve mapping these processes to the technologies in use, providing insights on what can be achieved through standard implementations versus what may require customizations or extensions to the application. Furthermore, you will engage in functionally customizing the application, collaborating with application developers to design enhancements, and working closely with business users to implement process changes. In this role, you are expected to conceptualize business or technical solutions by leveraging the expertise of colleagues and partners. You should have a deep understanding of at least one methodology and possess advanced knowledge in one or more business domains, as well as SaaS or package software solutions. Your responsibilities will include staying abreast of industry innovations and competitor activities, actively participating in internal and external knowledge developments, and leading process improvements through as-is/to-be analysis on business processes or IT. As an Application Consultant, you will be required to advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. Additionally, you will lead workshop facilitation, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Your active involvement in technology communities is essential, and you should maintain certifications in SaaS or Package-Based solutions and relevant methodologies to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices. Overall, this role demands a high level of solution knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to drive positive changes within the organization by providing expert guidance on technology implementations and process enhancements.,
