The Opportunity

The Auxiliary system interface lead shall Analyse customer specification to ensure Hitachi Energy solution meets the customer requirements.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • You will obtain the knowledge of system requirements in accordance with Client's specification & obtain knowledge of system requirements in accordance with HVDC specifications, Auxiliary system deliverables in accordance with the project setup.
  • You will be responsible for understanding the Time schedule of the project and following up the deliverables during the construction and installation time accordingly.
  • You will manage the interface between the collaborative team including global resources within Auxiliary System group allocated for each project, be the point of interface for auxiliary engineering with sub-contractor manager and site engineering interface.
  • You will manage the interface between global resources working within Auxiliary System allocated for each project, together with the Auxiliary Systems suppliers to discuss the defined technical challenges, issues and open points related the site activities, follow up the documentation expected from the supplier and other relevant topics, the focus of the Auxiliary system interface lead shall be on all activities required for a timely work preparation for later execution on site.
  • You will be responsible to prepare the stage gate with C&C ahead of sub-contractor procurement for installation and similar arrangement for commissioning ahead of commissioning start up along with project engineer.
  • You will follow-up the red mark drawings and as-built documentation with project team to share the final MEP documentation with the MEP project Engineer.
  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in HVAC/Small Power/Security/Fire Fighting sys.
  • You should have knowledge in Software related to the Auxiliary system design.
  • Revit Modelling knowledge in MEP aspects, Naviswork is preferrable.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
