Automobile Sales Executive/CAR Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs and budget, and recommend suitable vehicles based on their requirements.  Product Expertise: Effectively explain features, accessories, and model specifications, comparing them with competitor vehicles.  Sales & Negotiation: Provide product demonstrations, facilitate test drives, negotiate prices, and close sales agreements.  Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork for sales and financing, and maintain customer databases.  Customer Relationship Management: Build good rapport with customers, follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction, and promote future sales.  Collaboration: Work with sales teams and the finance department to achieve dealership goals and meet sales targets.  Market Awareness: Stay informed about current car inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.  Typical Requirements Education: ANY college degree or Associate's degree in Automobile Engineering sometimes preferred.  Experience: Previous experience in car sales or a similar role in a sales or customer service environment is beneficial.  Skills: Communication: Good verbal and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers. Persuasion: Strong negotiation and closing abilities to persuade customers. Technical: Proficiency with computers and CRM software for managing customer information.
